Mainstream Media runs a story

Anyone who reads in the area of religion will know that there has been a growing unrest among atheists to the negative condemnation we have received in the press. It also will come as no surprise that a number of articulate and educated writers have started to directly to connect religion with many of our social problems. I mean writers like Daniel Dennnet, Sam Harris and Richard Dawkins.

Until now this writers have received very little attention in the mainstream media. It is as if they do not exist. This is the first report I have come across that indicates that this may well be starting to change. Maybe it is the number of books they are selling maybe it's been a slow news week; but at the very least there may be starting to be some recognition that there is a group of people who are not accepting the Christian party line.
