New Name

I have decided that the negative name I gave this blog is not really what it is all about now. It really is about me finding a new direction, a new way forward. In that spirit it should not become so focused on the evils of the Christian religion that my own values are swamped.

What values I find will I hope unfold as time goes by. The first one is I love to play sport and exercise. I get a peculiar sense of well being from physical activity. It does not need to be competitive. I have never been a world beater or even a first class participant in any sport. That doesn't seem to matter I just enjoy taking part.

So I would say that I value the physical part of my life and challenging myself through that.
